Module 2: Relaxing into the treatment & Upper body techniques

Modules 2 can be taken as a separate training or as part of the year-long training. Module 2 is a prerequisite for all the following modules.
Module 2: Working on the neck and top of the shoulders, warming up the back, head and face massage 12 hours in person class contact time (see below for syllabus), course manual, 12 Months access to technique videos, certificate, unlimited access to online mentorship, available through a group chat and weekly group video calls throughout the course, so you can ask questions and get motivation and support.

Supine position: massage, stretches, mobilisations and tractions of the neck and top of the shoulders. Prone position: warming up the neck and top of the shoulders, neck traction, elephant walk on the back, glutes and arms, warming up of the back, upper glutes and arms with oil.
Combine all the module 2 materials in one sequence (S2) that the students can practise until they come to Module 3, discuss advantages and disadvantages of sequencing in different ways, if we have time revise indications and contraindications for all techniques.
Bonus Module 2 materials (if we have extra time): Re-arrange the shoulderblade position to help open the front of the shoulders when the client is in supine position, sitted postural exercise and top of the shoulder massage/stretch: the crane, rocking the legs from a supine position.
If we don’t have time for the bonus materials, then these will be taught when we revise M2 in the second half of the training.
